FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £24
Orders £24 and under have a £2.50 delivery fee.
REGULAR ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: 2-8 WORKING DAYS
Delivery times vary across our designers so we recommend taking a look at the 'delivery' tab on individual product pages. This is not fast fashion. Many of our ethical designers are working in small teams and cannot compete on delivery speed with bigger operations.
E-VOUCHERS
Need an ethical gift for a brother pronto? Our Brothers E-voucher is a good option.
Your E-voucher will be sent by email after we have manually captured your payment. We do this once a day Monday to Friday.
30 DAY RETURNS
To support the independent ethical designers selling on Brothers We Stand to run sustainable businesses returns must be received within 30 days.
Register your return online here. You’ll need to pay for return postage yourself using the address in your email confirmation.
NO CUSTOMS FEES
Customers in the UK should not be charged customs fees. If you are please get in touch and we will refund you those.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK
To simplify our processes post-Brexit we are not currently shipping outside of the UK. We would like to revisit delivering to our European friends in time but for now will focus on serving our UK community.
For environmental reasons we have taken the decision to stop shipping worldwide. We encourage you to support the ethical clothing companies in your region of the world in order to reduce the emissions associated with e-commerce delivery.
