FREE UK DELIVERY*

Free UK delivery on all orders over £24.

Orders £24 and under have a £2.50 delivery fee. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times for our designers range between 2-10 working days. Please take a look at the 'delivery' tab on product pages to see the expected delivery time for your item. 

Please be aware that many of our designers work in small teams and cannot compete on delivery speed with bigger operations. We say their items are worth the wait! 

60-DAY HOLIDAY RETURNS

To allow for gifting over the Christmas period we have extended our returns window to 60 days. We cannot accept returns received after this deadline. 

Register your return online here. You’ll need to pay for return postage yourself using the address in your email confirmation.

NO CUSTOMS FEES

Customers in the UK should not be charged customs fees. If you are please get in touch and we will refund you those. 

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK 

To simplify our processes post-Brexit we are not currently shipping outside of the UK. We would like to revisit delivering to our European friends in time but for now will focus on serving our UK community.

For environmental reasons we have taken the decision to stop shipping worldwide. We encourage you to support the ethical clothing companies in your region of the world in order to reduce the emissions associated with e-commerce delivery.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

E-VOUCHERS 

Need an ethical gift for a brother pronto? Our Brothers E-voucher is a good option. Your E-voucher will be sent by email after we have manually captured your payment. We do this once a day Monday to Friday.
