Our return policy and FAQ's
How do I return?
- Enter your email address and order number in the form above and click 'Search'.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return for a refund, store credit or exchange.
- Providing your request is approved you will received a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
What items are returnable?
You can return all items* within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging, with tags
- *For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned in case of a faulty product.
Can I request store credit or an exchange?
- Yes, these options are possible.
Are there any charges for returns?
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
- There are no additional charges.
How soon will I get my refund, store credit or exchange item?
- Once your return has been received by us and it complies with our returns policy, Brothers We Stand will refund you by your original payment method.
- Please be aware that payments can take up to 5 - 10 working days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
