Our return policy and FAQ's

How do I return?

  • Enter your email address and order number in the form above and click 'Search'.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return for a refund, store credit or exchange.
  • Providing your request is approved you will received a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

What items are returnable?

You can return all items* within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging, with tags
  • *For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned in case of a faulty product.

Can I request store credit or an exchange?

  • Yes, these options are possible.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • There are no additional charges.

How soon will I get my refund, store credit or exchange item?

  • Once your return has been received by us and it complies with our returns policy, Brothers We Stand will refund you by your original payment method.
  • Please be aware that payments can take up to 5 - 10 working days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
