We will provide a full refund on all items returned within 14 days of order receipt. We try to be as helpful as we can so let us know if we can assist in any way.
Items must be returned unused and unwashed with their original tags.
We will refund the price paid (excluding the cost of shipping) to the original payment card within 5-10 working days of receiving your item(s) back. (Please note refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control.)
To make a return please follow the three steps below:
1. EMAIL US
Please email email@example.com.
a) Your order number
b) The item(s) you wish to return
c) Reason for return(s) - helpful for feedback purposes
d) If you would like a refund or exchange
We will email you the return address. Please write your order number (e.g. BWS #2543) on a piece of paper and enclose with the item(s) in their original packaging, with all tags still intact.
Send the item you wish to return to the return address specified in our email. At this stage we require you the customer to cover cost of returning items.
3. RECEIVE REFUND (OR EXCHANGE IF SELECTED)
Once your return has been received by us and it complies with our returns policy, Brothers We Stand will refund you by your original payment method or dispatch your exchange if this option has been selected. Please be aware that payments can take up to 5 - 10 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.
