To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return my order?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions once your return request is approved. Please note this can take up to 48 hours.

What items are returnable?

You can return all items* within the specified return window.
  • They must be in original condition.
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn.
  • In the original packaging, with tags.
  • *Underwear and socks can only be returned in case of a faulty product

Do I have a deadline to send back items I am returning? 

To support you with seasonal gifting, we are currently offering 60 day extended returns.  

To assist our partner brands to run sustainable businesses we cannot accept returns received after this deadline. 

 

Can I request an exchange?

You can do this by returning your original order as above, and checking the box marked "Exchange". List the exchange item you would like in the Notes section.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • There are no additional charges.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return has been received by us and it complies with our returns policy, Brothers We Stand will refund you by your original payment method.
  • Please be aware that payments can take up to 5-10 working days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
