We will provide a full refund on all items returned within 14 days of order receipt. We know that if those white chinos are not to be, they are not to be. We try to be as helpful as we can so just let us know if we can help in any way! 

Items must be returned unused and unwashed with their original tags.

We will refund the price paid (excluding the cost of shipping) to the original payment card within 5-10 working days of receiving your item(s) back. (Please note refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control.)

To make a return please follow the three steps below:


  • Please email within one week of receiving your order, to request an RMA number and to notify us of your intention to return your item, stating your order number and listing the item(s) you wish to return.
  • When you receive your RMA number, write it on a piece of paper and enclose it with the items you wish to return.
  • Place the item(s) in the original packaging, with all tags still intact.
  • Send the item you wish to return to the return address specified in our email.  At this stage we require you the customer to cover cost of returning items. We're working on it and will update you when things change. 
  • Remember that if you are returning items from multiple brands you may need to return them to different addresses. 


Once your return has been received by the brand and it complies with our returns policy, Brothers We Stand will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 5 - 10 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.
