Measurements provided by Tiralahilacha are the total measurements. This means if 1 is 100cm for size s, measuring the garment flat the measurement would be 50cm.

Use a tape measure over your body and compare measurements with those on the Size Guide. Most people measurements are between two sizes, one larger and one smaller.
Typically, you would choose the size that is closer to your measurements.
If you generally prefer a loose fit, you may want to choose the larger option. However, if you generally prefer a slim fit, you may want to choose the smaller option.
