DESCRIPTION
This cotton moleskin Yarmouth Overshirt remembers the heavy shirts that protected sailors from the bracing North Sea winds. This jacket has two vertical side hip pockets and two generous buttoned chest pockets finished with glossy, black corozo buttons that contrast beautifully on the rich moleskin fabric. This quality shirt is made in the UK and made to last.
Yarmouth Stores Ltd has designed and manufactured quality workwear garments to the highest standards in Great Yarmouth, Great Britain for over 100 years.

People
Yarmouth Oilskins make their collections in house. They employ a team of skilled craftspeople, many of whom have been with them for decades. It is a family like atmosphere with everyone being celebrated for what they bring to the team. The team have been designing and manufacturing quality workwear garments at the same site for over 100 years!
Yarmouth are proud to be working with British suppliers and manufacturers where possible. Their fabrics are sourced in the UK, mostly from mills in Yorkshire and Lancashire. The fabric is sourced from Brisbane Moss, a textile agent in Yorkshire established in 1858. Brisbane Moss won the Queens Award for Export in 2004 and 2012 which shows the importance of quality and traditional fabrics, highlighting the worldwide reputation that Brisbane Moss has built over the years. The fabric used in this shirt was woven in Italy.

Yarmouth Oilskins make hard wearing garments that get better with age. Their philosophy is ‘buy well, buy once and then wear it to death. Every mark and repair is a story.’
